Managing your Funding Methods in the Relay App

As a mobile app user, you can add your own credit or debit card to authorize RelayCodes for over-the-road payments.

When you first sign into your Relay mobile app, you will be prompted to add a credit or debit card as a payment method. This first payment method you attach automatically becomes your default payment method.

Once you are fully registered within the Relay App, you can manage your funding method(s) directly in the mobile app.


Managing your payment methods in the Relay Portal

  1. From the Home Page, click on the three lines on the top right of the screen to access your settings menu.

  2. Click on Payment Methods.

  3. Click on Add New Card.

  4. Submit your Card number, expiration date, CVC, and Zip Code. The zip code must be accurate to be able to use the card on Relay.

    If you would like to make this your new default payment, then check the "Make my default payment method" box.

  5. Click Add Card to save your new payment method.
