RelayGo Paycard Setup

A RelayGo Paycard gives drivers fast access to their earnings. After setup is initiated, the driver receives a link to complete onboarding. The driver’s card will be marked as enabled once the card is activated.

1. Initiate setup

  • Go to the driver’s details page and scroll to the Driver Paycard section.
    ​

  • Click Initiate Paycard Setup. You may be asked to add more fields on the driver. The status will change to Paycard setup initiated.

  • You can use the three-dot menu to re-send invitations to the driver or to copy the onboarding link to share it manually with the driver.
    ​


2. Driver gets an invitation and completes onboarding

  • The driver receives a link by SMS to begin onboarding. The driver must complete onboarding themselves.

  • The driver will verify their identity and set up their wallet.

3. Activation confirmation

  • Once onboarding is completed, the RelayGo Paycard becomes active and ready to receive funds. In the portal, the Driver Paycard status will change to Active.
