Your carrier has the option to enable cash on your Driver Policy or send you a One-Time Cash RelayCode. Once they do, you can use your Relay App to redeem your RelayCode for cash at Pilot or Love's Locations.
How to Redeem Your Cash Code in Store
Open your Relay App and navigate to the "Codes" Tab. Click on "Fuel Stop Code".
You will be asked if you want to pay at the pump or inside. Select "Get Cash Inside."
Follow the steps presented in your Relay App. These steps will differ depending on whether you are at a Pilot or Love's location.
The clerk will then run the transaction and give you cash up to the limit set by your carrier.
How to Request Cash as part of your Fuel Purchase
Open your Relay App and navigate to the "Codes" Tab. Click on "Fuel Stop Code".
You will be asked if you want to pay at the pump or inside. Select "Pay at the Pump".
Follow the Steps presented to start your fuel transaction. As part of the process, the Pump will ask "Would you like Cash?", Click "Yes".
After you have completed Fueling, go inside the store, give the Cashier your Pump #, and they will issue the cash to close out the transaction.
Having trouble redeeming your RelayCode for Cash?
If you are redeeming just a cash code, Pilot and Love's charge a Cash Advance Fee that must be included within the total of the cash code. This fee could be waived if you are requesting cash as part of a fuel purchase, at the discretion of the fuel stop.
E.g. If your Cash RelayCode limit is $100, and the Pilot location charges $5 Cash Advance Fee, then the max amount you can redeem your code for is $95.
Your Driver Policy may not be enabled for Cash - please contact your Relay Admin to ensure you are enabled to use RelayCodes for Cash Advance.
