What is an IFTA Report?
An IFTA report is a quarterly fuel use tax report required for motor carriers that operate qualified vehicles in two or more member jurisdictions (U.S. states and Canadian provinces). The report is filed with the carrier's base jurisdiction, which then processes the tax owed or refunded to each member jurisdiction on the carrier's behalf.
When will my IFTA Report become available?
IFTA data will become available on the Relay Portal one to two weeks after the quarter has ended.
How to Find and Download your IFTA Report
Log in to your Relay Admin Portal.
Click on the Reports tab in the left-hand navigation.
Click New Report from the top right.
Select IFTA report on the top left of the flyout and select the quarter for which you'd like to file IFTA. If you would like to schedule this report to be sent to you automatically every quarter, select Schedule Report (this is not required).
5. If you opt to schedule this report to be sent to you automatically, select the recipients you would like the report emailed to and then save.
6. If you want to download your report immediately or only one time, select download.
7. Once the download is complete, click Download to export the report to your computer.
