Access your Relay Portal

Check your inbox for an email asking you to accept your invitation to Relay. If you do not have an invitation, please reach out to an admin level user on your Relay account or give us a call at 1-877-735-2910.

Rollout Completion Timeline

To ensure a smooth onboarding experience, you’ll be paired with a dedicated Implementation Manager who will guide you through a personalized onboarding plan.

As outlined in your agreement, the goal is to have your full fleet onboarded within 60 days of signing, setting you up for success as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Your Relay account consists of two main components:

Fund Your Account

If you have a Direct Bill Agreement with one of our merchant partners, your Implementation Manager will notify you once Direct Bill is live. At that time, transactions at Direct Bill-enabled locations will be billed directly by the merchant according to the terms in your agreement.

Relay will support all of your over-the-road (OTR) transactions. You can also load funds into your account for other expenses such as out-of-network fuel, lumpers, CAT Scales, repairs, and more.

How to Add Funds to Your Relay Account

  1. Go to the Transactions tab and click Add Funds.

  2. Click Add and follow the prompts to add a funding source and deposit funds. Options include:

    • ACH

    • Wire

    • Credit card

    • Relay Line of Credit (if approved)

  3. To avoid running out of funds, set up recurring deposits.

Bulk Upload Your Drivers

Relay makes it easy to add your drivers all at once.

  • Use the bulk upload tool in the Relay Web Portal.

  • Provide driver details (such as name, contact info, and truck number).

  • Drivers will then receive access to the Relay Mobile App and their RelayCodes.

Manage Driver Policies

In the Relay Web Portal, you can create and manage Driver Policies that define how your drivers use Relay.

  • Set purchase limits.

  • Control spending categories.

  • Update and adjust policies anytime to fit your fleet’s needs.

✅ With these steps complete, your fleet will be ready to begin using Relay for fast, secure, and reliable payment processing.
