I can’t see location(s) in my app

1. Check if you are on the latest Relay app version

Ensure you are using the latest version of the Relay app. If unsure, delete and reinstall the app to get the most recent version.

2. Ensure you are near the fuel stop

Ensure you are within 0.5 miles of the fuel stop.Move closer to the fuel stop or step out of your truck for a better signal.

3. Check if your fuel location accepts Relay

Navigate to the Explore tab in the Relay app. If your fuel location is displayed on the map, it is available for payment with Relay.

4. Check if location services are enabled

Verify in your phone settings that Location Services are granted for the Relay app and that precise location access is on. Read more about enabling Location Services in this article.

5. Check your network connection

If you have a poor network connection, switch your phone to airplane mode for 20-30 seconds, then turn it off. Close all apps on your phone, then reopen the Relay app or restart your device. Move around to find a better signal.

6. Check if you are not connected to Wi-Fi or using a VPN

Avoid using Wi-Fi and turn off any VPNs, as they can hide your real location and prevent the Relay app from determining your location.
