1. Check if you received a text message after this error
If the error occurs because of Fuel Code issue/limits you would receive the text message with the details and instructions that should help you resolve the issue, in other way call Relay to get help.
2. Check if you have any error message on the pump
Pay attention to any error messages on the pump. If you see one of the following error codes, speak to a cashier to resolve the issue:
Error Code 96 - Internal Error: System malfunction at the pump.
Error Code 94 - Duplicate Transaction: Reason unknown.
If the pump says ‘See Cashier,’ shuts off mid-fueling with no error, displays an error code that is just a number, or shows no error at all, this is an issue with the fuel merchant. Try a different pump or go inside and speak to the cashier. You can also call Relay to report the issue.
