When you select a location that your policy does not support, you might see one of the four error messages below. You might see these errors on the home tab, on the explore tab when viewing a fuel location, or in the Codes tab when attempting to geofence a policy code.
Limits Reached
If you do not have sufficient in-network limits to fuel at an in-network location, they might see this popup when authorizing a policy code.
If you need to fuel immediately, ask your company admin to issue you a one-time fuel code.
Out of Network Limits Reached
If you do not have sufficient out-of-network limits to fuel at an out-of-network location, they might see this popup when authorizing a policy code.
If you need to fuel immediately, ask your company admin to issue you a one-time fuel code.
Insufficient Funds
If you do not have a line of credit or a DirectBill negotiation with a fuel merchant, your organization will need to fund their Relay account to fuel at any Relay-supported location. This error means that your organization has not yet added funds to their Relay account. If you see this, please reach out to your company’s administrator to add funds to your account.
Funding source error
If you do have a DirectBill connection or a line of credit and choose to fuel at a Clutch location (any location other than Pilot or Love’s), your organization will need to have funds added to its Relay account balance. If you see this, please reach out to your company’s administrator to add funds to your account.
