Relay requires two factor authentication (2FA) to help protect user's accounts. When you log into Relay you will need to enter both your normal password and an 6-digit authentication code sent to you via another method to confirm your identity.
Once you log in via 2FA your account will be verified for 30 days. After 30 days you will need to verify your identity with 2FA again.
Authenticate with a phone
To authenticate via phone enter your phone number, then choose to received your authentication code via text or automated call. Once you receive your 6-digit code enter it in the next screen to continue.
Authenticate with an App
Users have the option to receive their authentication code via app. To do so you will need to download a third party authentication app. A few common authenticator apps are listed below.
Once your app is installed click "Use Authentication App" while logging in to Relay.
Then use your chosen authentication app to scan the displayed QR code. Your authentication app will then display a 6-digit authentication code. Enter that code into the box below and your your account will be verified.
