How to Disconnect Your Driver Profile from a Carrier

Easily remove a driver's Relay profile from their current carrier before joining a new one.

When drivers move from one company to another, they need to ensure their Relay app profile is linked to the correct carrier. Since drivers cannot belong to multiple organizations at once, they’ll need to disconnect their profile from their current carrier before joining a new one.

Drivers can manage this directly in the Relay app.

Steps to Disconnect from a Carrier

  1. Open the driver's Relay app.

  2. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top right corner.

  3. Select Account Details.

  4. Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner.

  5. Choose Unlink account from [CARRIER NAME].

Once you or your driver complete these steps, their driver profile will no longer be associated with their previous carrier. You can then add them as a driver to your organization in your Relay Portal.


Driver Tip: Make sure you unlink your profile before trying to connect with your new carrier. If you experience any issues, you can always reach out to Relay Support for assistance.
