You can now enable CAT Scales for your drivers and allow them to pay with Relay in the Weigh My Truck app. Any purchases your driver makes in Weigh My Truck will be paid for from your Relay balance.
How to Invite your Drivers to Connect Relay with WMT
Add scales to your driver's fuel policy
First, your driver will need to be assigned to a policy in Relay that includes a CAT Scales limit. Without a limit, their Weigh My Truck purchases will be restricted and fail to process. Learn more about policies here.
To add a limit, go to your driver's policy (or make a new policy) and add CAT Scales as a product. Then set your desired limits and hit save.
Invite your drivers to Weigh My Truck
Invite your drivers to Weigh My Truck and connect them to your Relay account. You can initiate an invitation by clicking “Send Weigh My Truck invite” on the dots menu of the driver slideout or by clicking "Invite driver to connect to Weigh My Truck" when you assign your driver a policy.
Once invited, your drivers will receive a text with the Weigh My Truck Driver ID.
Your Driver will link their Relay Account as their Payment Method in Weigh My Truck app.
Your driver will need to follow the steps in the help article “How to pay for CAT Scales using Relay”
Once your driver enters in their Relay Weigh My Truck ID as their payment method in the Weigh My Truck app, their scale transactions will start being charged towards your Relay account!
